The couple made international news in December when they created a custom \u201cSame Sex Barbie Wedding Set\u201d for their 8-year-old niece\u2019s birthday. Jacobi and Caprio wanted to give their niece, something special for her birthday since she and her little sister, would be flower girls in the couple\u2019s wedding day. In January, Jacobi and Caprio met with Mattel at their headquarters in &nbsp;Los Angeles , and were officially welcomed into the Barbie family. Jacobi and Caprio were the first same sex couple to get married at the resort and tasked event experts at Juliet Le Fleur, Glamour &amp; Woods, and Southwest Teepee (links below) to surprise them on all their wedding day d\u00e9cor details.
