Rachel Ober (RO), owner:<\/strong> Rachel\u2019s Young At Art Studio is an art studio for children ages 18 months to 8 years old in Scottsdale. It\u2019s a happy, safe place designed to encourage each child\u2019s social and emotional growth and development through art. The studio offers camps, classes, and birthday parties to provide children with enriching and empowering experiences\u2026all while having fun!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?<\/b><\/div>\n

RO:<\/strong> It means the world to us to be a Best of Our Valley winner because it was voted on by the families who come to our parties. We want to make our parties as easy and stress-free for the parents as we can, so that they can just enjoy their time with their little ones. Celebrating your children should be fun, not a hassle. By winning BOOV, we feel validated that we\u2019re doing something right!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

AFM: What\u2019s your favorite part about being the Best of Our Valley’s Best\u00a0Birthday Party Spot?<\/b><\/div>\n

RO:<\/strong> You know that saying about work not feeling like a job if you enjoy doing it? Well, that\u2019s how we feel about our parties! The families who choose to have their parties at our studio are letting us have a presence in their special moments. We feel lucky to get to help them create new, lifelong memories together. We can\u2019t believe that\u2019s actually part of the job description!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

AFM: Have you seen any benefits as a result of being a BOOV winner?<\/b><\/div>\n

RO:<\/strong> Our party calendar for the next few months is filling up fast! It\u2019s so fun to meet all of these new kiddos!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

AFM: How do you put your \u201cbest\u201d foot forward every day?<\/b><\/div>\n
RO:<\/strong> Every day we get to help children express themselves and make connections to the world around them through art. We help enable the creative process so that children of all ages may feel empowered and gain a strong sense of confidence, accomplishment, and overall identity that they can carry with them outside the studio and throughout life.
