From the best doctors and best resort down to the best cup of coffee you can find around town, each\u00a0Best of<\/em>\u00a0titleholder is chosen by those who know the city best \u2013 our readers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

AFM: In a brief 2-3 sentences, please tell us a little bit about Reformed Pilates & Cycle (RP&C)!<\/strong>
\n<\/em>RP&C:\u00a0<\/strong>Reformed is a boutique fitness studio that fuses pilates and cycling to provide its members with the BEST low-impact, high-intensity strength training and cardio work-out around. Reformed has 4 locations throughout the valley: Arcadia, Central Phoenix, Ahwatukee and North Scottsdale, with a 5th location opening in McCormick Ranch at The Grove (off Hayden & McCormick Ranch Parkway) this fall.<\/p>\n

AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>RP&C:\u00a0<\/strong>Being a locally owned small business, we understand more than anyone that\u00a0good things come to those who hustle<\/em>. So being named a Best of Our Valley winner is an incredible honor and we’re excited to hold the title for Best Spin Class two years in a row!<\/p>\n

AFM: What\u2019s your favorite part about being the Best of Our Valley’s\u00a0Best Spin Class?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>RP&C:\u00a0<\/strong>In our cycle classes we use the Keiser M3 cycles, which have individual computers on them to monitor your RPM, Watts and Gear. Our style of class is performance based as we focus on intervals to get your heart rate up and down to maximize results. Our classes are not always easy, but they’re fun and they provide results! Being voted Best of Our Valley’s Best Spin Class allows us to highlight and continue to bring awareness to what we do and how we’re different from so many other studios throughout the Valley.<\/p>\n

AFM: What advice would you give to others to be the \u201cbest\u201d in your field?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>
\n<\/em>RP&C:\u00a0<\/strong>Own who you are. As a small business it’s so easy to try to be everything to everybody, alongside so many other amazing businesses. We hope to continue to be nominated and awarded to continue to drive more new clients into our studios.<\/p>\n

AFM: How do you put your \u201cbest\u201d foot forward every day?<\/strong>
\n<\/em>RP&C:\u00a0<\/strong>We believe that being the best is really about doing a lot of small things well. We focus on one day and one class at a time, providing our clients with a clean and fresh atmosphere, amazing workouts and a community of instructors and clients that are always there to support you.<\/p>\n
