\n<\/b>Vibetality:<\/strong> Vibetality is the world’s first pulse infused yoga studio offering in-floor NASA backed whole body vibration technology, which delivers a gentle time accelerated high-intensity exercise that stimulates the muscles, cells, lymphatic system, and even bones and soft tissues in the body. It is our goal at Vibetality to reconnect our students to their inherent state of well-being, to create positive and long-lasting physical and mental change for both our students and our community, and to effectively help people live more balanced lives.<\/p>\n

AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?
\n<\/b>Vibetality:<\/strong> It’s an honor and a true tribute to the Vibetality community which is without a doubt the most fantastic aspect of Vibetality. Our VibeTribe members are one big, supportive, happy family.<\/p>\n

AFM: What\u2019s your favorite part about being the Best of Our Valley’s Best Yoga Studio?
\nVibetality:<\/strong> <\/b>It is both heartwarming and humbling to see that Vibetality’s innovative and unique approach to yoga has been\u00a0solidly\u00a0embraced by the East Valley community!<\/p>\n

AFM: What advice would you give to others to be the \u201cbest\u201d in your field?
\n<\/b>Vibetality:<\/strong> Love your students, care about your students\u2019 lives, not just their yoga practice. Everyone comes from different places and perspectives, but love unifies. Know what the heart of your business stands for, and from that root, remember to be open to shifting and adjusting according to the times.<\/p>\n

AFM: Have you seen any benefits as a result of being a BOOV winner?
\nVibetality:<\/strong> <\/b>I think having a BOOV award offers a certain instant peace of mind for anyone who isn’t familiar with Vibetality and our transformative approach to health\u00a0and wellness.<\/p>\n

AFM: How do you put your \u201cbest\u201d foot forward every day?
