Congrats, Bar Method!<\/p>\n<p><strong>AFM: In a brief 2-3 sentences, please tell us a little bit about Bar Method Phoenix!<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>The Bar Method (TBM):<\/strong> The Bar Method Phoenix &#8211; Arcadia is a boutique fitness studio offering barre classes for students of all levels, child care during select classes, and a fully-stocked locker room with lockers and showers. The signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?<br \/>\nTBM:<\/strong> What an honor! Owning a small business can be a stressful journey, and this is such a fun reward for all of my team\u2019s hard work! The Phoenix fitness community is impressive, so I am thrilled that we are making our mark!<\/p>\n<p><strong>AFM: What\u2019s your favorite part about being the Best of Our Valley&#8217;s\u00a0Best New Gym\/Fitness Studio?<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>TBM:<\/strong> This award makes me so proud of my hardworking staff and my incredible clients! My favorite part of this award is that is has allowed me to reflect on the strong community we have built in such a short time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AFM: What advice would you give to others to be the \u201cbest\u201d in your field?<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>TBM:<\/strong> Our mission at The Bar Method Phoenix is to empower woman (and men!) to be the best version of themselves, and everything we do at the studio is meant to embody that goal. My advice would be to decide what your values are and stick to them!<\/p>\n<p><strong>AFM: Have you seen any benefits as a result of being a BOOV winner?<br \/>\nTBM:<\/strong> Winning the award is a huge honor that my staff AND clients get to celebrate, since we did this as a community!<\/p>\n<p><strong>AFM: How do you put your \u201cbest\u201d foot forward every day?<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>TBM:\u00a0<\/strong>As I mentioned before, our goal every day is to empower women to be the best version of themselves.
