AFM: In a brief 2-3 sentences, please tell us a little bit about you!<\/strong>
\nLaurie’s Bridal (LB):\u00a0<\/strong>Laurie’s Bridal is a family owned and operated boutique specializing in bridal, bridesmaids, mother of the wedding, prom and Bat Mitzvah attire, all at affordable prices.\u00a0 Laurie provides a warm, comfortable and friendly environment, where she is completely focused on helping her customers find their perfect gown.\u00a0 She’s also the only bridal boutique where the owner, Laurie, attends to ALL of the bridal consultations herself.\u00a0 Laurie’s Bridal also offers off-the-rack solutions for customers who may not have time to special order.<\/p>\n

AFM: What does it mean to you to be a Best of Our Valley winner?<\/strong>
\nLB:\u00a0<\/strong>We know there were many excellent choices to win this honor, but as a newer boutique, this is HUGE for us.\u00a0 Thank you so much.<\/p>\n

AFM:<\/strong>\u00a0What\u2019s your favorite part about being the Best of Our Valley\u2019s Most Influential in Valley Food?<\/strong>
\nLB:\u00a0<\/strong>Our favorite part about being voted “Best Wedding Dress Shop” is that this vote came from customers and vendors whom we have worked with within the 2 years we’ve been open. It’s an indication that we’re doing things right.<\/p>\n

AFM: What advice would you give to others to be the \u201cbest\u201d in your field? \u00a0<\/strong>
\nLB:\u00a0<\/strong>I tell all of my customers to be true to who they are when shopping for their perfect gown.\u00a0 I’d say that advice holds true for all businesses: Stay true to who you are as a business.\u00a0 Customers truly appreciate it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

AFM: Have you seen any benefits as a result of being a BOOV winner?<\/strong>
\nLB:\u00a0<\/strong>Many of our customers have said they saw we were voted “Best Wedding Dress Shop” and they’re excited to be a part of our experience.<\/p>\n

AFM: How do you put your \u201cbest\u201d foot forward every day?<\/strong>
\nLB:\u00a0<\/strong>As a wife, mother of two teenagers and a business owner, life is always crazy.\u00a0 This is an industry full of emotions and love, and I truly love to be a part of each of their stories in some fashion.\u00a0 I’ve laughed with my brides and have cried with my brides, and I’ve even attended their weddings!<\/p>\n

Many industry professionals, as well as her customers, have referred to Laurie as the “Bridal Gown Whisperer” because she has this amazing ability to help each customer find their perfect gown or dress.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
