MOST INFLUENTIAL IN\u00a0VALLEY FOOD:\u00a0Matthew Grunwald<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether you have seen him grace the screen\u00a0as a chef expert on \u201cThe List\u201d or on the Food\u00a0Network or have tasted one of his dishes as the\u00a0sous chef de cuisine at Virt\u00fa Honest Craft and\u00a0Nico Heirloom Kitchen, every Valley foodie is\u00a0familiar with Matthew Grunwald, or \u201cGrundy.\u201d\u00a0Though he is only in his mid-20\u2019s, Grunwald\u00a0has been cooking more than half of his life.\u00a0He began working as a prep cook at the age\u00a0of 16 before attending the Culinary Institute of\u00a0America in New York. For the chef, the passion\u00a0to create is what keeps him returning to the\u00a0kitchen again and again. \u201cCreating new dishes\u00a0is how I express my creativity.
