  1. Interested is seeing already built one story home tomorrow, Apr 2, as we are leaving for almost three weeks on April 3. Please email me if that is possible. Otherwise, please keep me informed of progress. Thank you, PBh

  2. I have seen the 33 Campbell Place development, and let me tell you this much, they are going to have some serious parking problems. The private street is very narrow and so they have “No Parking” signs along it. The driveways are very short. The front yards are tiny. There is no place for guests to park their cars. If you wanted to have a party and have guests come over to your house, they will have to park out on the neighboring streets and walk in. And the other issue is garbage collection. They’re adding 18 houses, but I can’t see where they have added any new areas for garbage collection.

  3. Be sure to check out the parking situation at 33 Campbell Place. If you plan on having a party and inviting guests over to your new house, try to figure out where they will have to park. Make sure you look at the size of the driveway, and pay attention to the “NO PARKING” signs on the narrow private street at 33 Campbell Place. Where are your guests going to park?
