This year's Dream Home Tour series will kick off with the Arcadia/Biltmore Dream Home Tour on Oct. 19. The home tour will benefit two local charities, The Phoenix Symphony and JDRF.
The tour features six luxury homes currently on the market, ranging in price from $1 million to $4 million. Various design styles--from French Country to Santa Barbara--will be on display. In addition to touring the homes, guests will sample cuisine from local restaurants, include Phoenix's St. Francis.
At 1 p.m. on the day of the tour, attendees will take chartered transportation accompanied by a designer detailing the styles about to be viewed on the tour and how to achieve that look. The attendees will be transported to the PV Design Center in Paradise Valley for a private reception, refreshments, and an opportunity to meet the beneficiary charity representatives after the home tour.
Upcoming tours include North Central Dream Home Tour and Paradise Valley Dream Home Tour. Tickets are $45 per person. www.dreamhometouraz.com.
