 Have you ever dreamed of a life dedicated to heavy metal? If you answered yes to that question, your time has come to pursue this dream. Heavy Metal Television, Metal Blade Records, Zia Record Exchange and Troop Fuel Energy Drink, will be holding open-auditions for “veejays” to join Heavy Metal Television’s roster of on-line/on-air jocks. There will be a panel of awesome judges such as Sacred Reich drummer: Greg Hall, St. Madness vocalist: Prophet, Metal Mondays blogger and contributor for Phoenix New Times: Lauren Wise and Heavy Metal Television founder: Eric Braverman.

 

On Saturday, August 10 at 6 P.M., join Heavy Metal Television at Zia Record’s flagship store on 19th Avenue and Camelback to show off what you’ve got and audition!

 

• No pre-registration necessary. Just come to Zia between 5 and 6 PM to sign up.

• No purchase is necessary to sign up and audition.

• Each audition will be videotaped for possible use on Heavy Metal Television and applicants must sign a release form.

• The winner will receive a deluxe prize package courtesy of Metal Blade Records.

• The two-runner-ups will receive a prize of considerably lesser value.

• Free Troop Fuel Energy Drink while supplies last.

• Lots' of giveaways to first 50 participants.
