There is a silver lining of the July 1 closure of Ling & Louie’s Kitchen at Phoenix's Biltmore Fashion Park. (it opened in December 2012 and has thriving locations in Chandler and Scottsdale.) To take its spot, turns out Sam Fox will open a Fox Restaurant Concept in the Biltmore location late this year, says Michael McDermott, CEO of Ling & Louie’s Restaurants, LLC.
