EXTRA! EXTRA!

Were you planning on traveling to Paris this summer? If so, there might be a major attraction you won’t be able to see, the famous Eiffel Tower!

Early on Tuesday, nearly 300 workers walked out on strike, causing the French monument to be shut down. The tower is normally opened 365 days of the year and hosts approximately 25,000 tourists per day. Looking to resolve the problem, the workers' union and management are currently negotiating key issues.

So if you are looking to visit this breathtaking landmark in the near future, you may have to wait out the storm of the strikes.
