Phoenix-based Hines, international real estate firm, has announced the return of Christopher “Chris” Anderson as the firm's managing director to oversee Hines’ operations in Arizona and New Mexico. Anderson will lead all operations including new business, development, property management and asset management. From 2006 to present, Anderson served as vice president of development for Forest City Enterprises, Inc. in Albuquerque. Prior to that--starting in 2000--he was a senior project manager for Hines. He was involved in the development of 24^th at Camelback I in Phoenix; the development management of the now Jobing.com Arena; and the land acquisition for the Scottsdale Corporate Center.
