Over the weekend, at Phoenix's Devoured Culinary Classic, the team behind Citizen Public House in Phoenix--chef Bernie Kantak and partners Andrew Fritz and Richie Moe--announced their newest concept: The Gladly. The Gladly will open at the Biltmore location at the Anchor Centre at 2201 E. Camelback Road this fall. Menu items will include root beer-braised bacon with steel cut oats, red eye gravy and red shiso, smoked mozzarella fondue and a menu that Fritz describes as “a tad bit bigger than Citizen’s,” as well as a slew of new cocktails from mixologist Moe. www.thegladly.com.
