EXTRA EXTRA!
Aaron May, executive chef and owner of the Spanish tapas, Iruña Restaurant, has some big news. Since the closing of Iruña, May and his business partner, Quinn Goldsberry, have had some new revolutionary ideas on how to make their new restaurant prosper. The Praying Monk Kitchen and Tap is scheduled to open in two weeks with a very unique and delicious menu. The Praying Monk, is a great restaurant name to have in Arizona since it pays tribute to one of the most beautiful mountains in the state!
However, May also wants to point out that the name is giving respect to the many Belgium Trappist brewers. There will be an array of craft beers on the menu and about 15 beers on tap! Get ready to drink up and have an amazing time! The renovated interior and patio is a perfect place to taste the featured seasonal food. Plus, the main dishes will be very affordable, mostly priced in the teens and the appetizers will be under $10! Everyone can enjoy a fantastic meal for a great price!
