  The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is a Condé Nast Traveler Gold List Resort and will celebrate Valentine’s Day 2012 with a special three-course menu presented at the resort’s CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar on Tuesday, February 14th.  


The restaurant’s à la carte romance menu will be offered from 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Valentine’s Day and will include a Chocolate Decadence buffet created by Executive Chef David Serus. Priced at $95 per person excluding tax, beverage and gratuity.
