XAVIER COLLEGE PREPARATORY PARTNERS WITH SAKS FIFTH AVENUE TO HOST ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP FASHION SHOW BENEFITING STUDENTS IN NEED

The Mothers' Guild of Xavier College Preparatory will host the school's annual Scholarship Fashion Show on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge.  Imagine is this year's theme, and Xavier will once again partner with Saks Fifth Avenue to highlight a unique selection of fabulous looks.  Saks models and Xavier students from the Class of 2012 will walk the runway in spring's most compelling apparel and accessories.  All proceeds will benefit the Xavier Scholarship Fund, which provides many young women with the opportunity to receive a Xavier education.

"We are so grateful to Saks Fifth Avenue for partnering with Xavier again to raise money for student scholarships," said Xavier parent and event co-chairwoman Kiley Ward.  "This event is very important to so many deserving young women in our community."

"Approximately 40% of Xavier's students receive scholarships, and Kiley and I are extremely proud to play a role in giving these young women the opportunity to attend such a wonderful school," said Xavier parent and event co-chairwoman Laura Westfall.
