Jason Hope kicked back and enjoyed Celebrity Fight Night March 19, 2011. We asked the Web bigwig, who recently won two hearings against Verizon and the Texas Attorney General, what he thought about the event.

The Performances
"Celebrity Fight Night was a truly great event. There were non-stop amazing performances - Jordan Sparks, The current American Idol Top 10, Sinbad, Halle Berry, Matchbox 20, Bret Michaels, Kevin Coster and his band, and on and on...Bret Michaels was my favorite performance as, believe it or not, I was a hard core rocker in the 80's. Poison and Guns 'n' Roses were my favorite bands."

 

Event Highlights
"Lindsay and I were very honored to meet the Champ, Mohammed Ali himself."

 

 

GoDaddy Generosity
"It was a real treat watching Bob Parsons on stage - not only was he honored at the event, and hilarious on stage, but he surprised the crowd and highlighted the evening with a spontaneous announcement to donate an additional $1 million. I've only met Bob a handful of times, but I worked for him (well actually a couple of management layers down) for a short time at GoDaddy.com. He has amazing management and entrepreneurial insight, and I try to emulate a lot of what he does at Go Daddy and a lot of advice from his blog in my company at JAWA (yes I'm an avid reader of his blog - wish he posted more, you should check it out).

 

Fight Night Regrets
My only regret is that Lindsay and I didn't get a chance to meet Halle Berry.
