These white chocolate covered strawberries are the perfect 4^th of July finger food. Not only are they delicious, but they also make an exceptional artistic compliment to your 4^th of July summer spread.

4th of July White Chocolate Strawberries

• 1 pound of strawberries
• 1 12oz package of white chocolate chips
• 1 container of fine blue sugar sprinkles

Directions:

• Melt the white chocolate chips slowly in a double broiler stirring constantly. *
  
• When the white chocolate is melted, dip the strawberries ¾ of the way up covering the bottom 3/4 of the strawberry.
• Next, dip the chocolate covered strawberry in a bowl of blue sugar sprinkles covering half of the white chocolate in blue.
• Place on wax paper and let cool.

*If you don’t have a double broiler, all you have to do is fill a saucepan ½ way up with water and boil over the stove. Then place a glass Pyrex dish over the boiling water and add the chocolate chips.
