Dvorak’s New World Symphony

The other-worldly Antonin Dvorak creates unique style compositions through his music. Dvorak pulled inspiration from his travels, and thus developed his Ninth Symphony, “From the New World.” The performance is two hours long, and ticket prices vary. Theresa Caputo Live! The Experience

From TLC’s hit show, “Long Island Medium,” Theresa Caputo will make her live debut at Comerica Theatre this weekend. Throughout the show, Caputo will share her personal, never-before-heard stories with the audience, and she will also deliver insightful messages that remind us that even though our loved ones may be gone, they are always with us.

Illumination: Symphony of Light

This vibrant and colorful, drive-thru attraction is slated to make its return for its second year, following an unforgettable holiday season last year. This iconic holiday activity showcases gorgeous light displays in a comfortable and surprisingly cozy environment. Outside of the drive-thru tunnel attraction, the event will also feature an expanded Holiday Boulevard Marketplace. Tickets are $29 in advance, and the event will reoccur daily from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., through Jan. 5. For more information on this event, click here.

Kierland POP

Kierland POP is a two-day series of interactive events and experiences (taking place Friday, Nov. 16, and Saturday, Nov. 17) that celebrates food, wine, beer, fashion, live music, art, wellness and more at Kierland Commons and Westin Kierland Resort. The weekend kicks off with the Kierland POP Charity Night on Friday, Nov. 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Westin Kierland Resort with vibrant music, lively art displays and entertainment, paired with delish food and drink. (All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance’s Veterans Art Therapy Program.) Saturday's Kierland POP Festival, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Kierland Commons, is a free event featuring an art walk, culinary demonstrations, fashion displays, a vintage street market shopping, and live strolling music and arts performances throughout the day, among other fun activities.

Do we even have to convince you why you should pay a visit to this event at the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Resort this weekend? The Mac & Cheese fest is comprised of two wonderful days filled with mac and cheese samples. Phoenix Pizza Festival

Nothing brings people together more than a mutual love of food. And in this case, pizza. Top pizza makers and local restaurateurs will join forces this weekend to put on the Phoenix Pizza Festival at Margaret T. Hance Park. Vendors will offer $2 to $4 sample items that will serve as tasty treats for you and your family to enjoy. The Day of the Dog

If we’re being honest, every day is the day of the dog. But the West Coast’s largest outdoor pet festival, the Day of the Dog, will return to Old Town Scottsdale this weekend, and will give you every opportunity to celebrate and spoil your sweet pup!
