Yua: Henri Matisse and the Inner Arctic Spirit

Though the artistic works of Henri Matisse have long been admired, they have never been seen quite like this. The Heard Museum, which is hosting the remarkable exhibit, will be the only venue to see these original works of art. The encompassing experience pairs original artwork by Matisse with Yup’ik masks, and analyzes how the masterful painter and the people of the Arctic found unexpected inspiration in one another. Arizona Coyotes vs. Carolina Hurricanes

Artlink’s First Friday Art Walk

Art lovers rejoice! Artlink’s First Friday Art Walk returns this Friday in Downtown Phoenix. Since its inception, First Fridays have grown into being one of the nation’s largest, self-guided art walks. Skate Westgate

At Westgate Entertainment District, the West Valley’s social hot spot, the holiday season is kicking off early this year with their annual “Skate Westgate” event.
