Here are the Valley’s top haunted houses for anyone looking for a scary October evening. Ranging from a haunted corn maze to a scary hayride to 13 floors of horror, take your pick to be frightened at some of the scariest places in the Valley.
Fear Farm
One of the largest and scariest haunted houses in the Valley, Phoenix-based Fear Farm includes attractions such as The Witch, Dark Carnival, the Bunker, the Undead and the Slaughterhouse. Tickets range from $26.99 to $33.99—depending on the day—and for only $10 more you can add the Phoenix Haunted Hayride. Doors are open Sept. 30 to Oct. 31 from 7:30 to 10 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, and 7 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday through Sunday. Leading up to Halloween, Fear Farm will be open Oct. 23 to Oct. 26 from 7 to 10 p.m. and Oct. 27 to Oct. 31 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.

13th Floor Haunted House
Featured on MTV, USA Today, the Travel Channel and Huffington Post, 13th Floor is a world-famous haunted house—found right here in Phoenix. Starting from ground level, patrons have to make their way up to the 13th floor in Arizona’s largest and longest indoor haunted house. Doors are open Sept. 30 to Oct. 31 from 7:30 to 10 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, and 7 p.m. to 12 a.m., Friday through Sunday. Leading up to Halloween, 13th Floor will be open Oct. 24 to Oct. 26 from 7 to 10:30 p.m. and Oct. 27 to Oct. 31 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Jack and Jill Haunted Hill
Jack and Jill Haunted Hill is a haunted house like no other in the Valley. This haunted house in Phoenix “feels much more like being thrown into a ‘psychological thriller’ than a standard ‘boo house’.” Make sure to reserve a time for you and your friends on the website—before arriving—to have a personalized group experience throughout the haunted house. Jack and Jill Haunted Hill is open Sept. 30 to Oct. 31, Thursday to Sunday from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m., with tickets ranging from $25 to $30 depending on the day, and $35 from Oct. 29 to Oct. 31 for Halloween weekend.

The Crypt Haunted Attractions
One of Arizona’s first haunted houses includes The Crypt, The Asylum and Chaos Maze. This haunted house in Mesa is open from Sept. 22 to Nov. 1, Wednesday to Sunday from 7 to 11:30 p.m. The week leading up to Halloween, the attraction is open Oct. 22 to Oct. 31 is open each day. Tickets are $25 for admittance to all three attractions.

AZ Field of Screams Haunted Corn Field
Does anything get scarier than a haunted corn maze planted on top of an old cemetery? Tickets are set at $20 and Glendale’s AZ Field of Screams Haunted Corn Field runs from Sept. 30 to Oct. 31, Friday and Saturday, and Halloween night from 7 to 11 p.m.
