Nick Lowery Youth Foundation Fundraiser

Football players are often seen as hometown legends, men who put their hometown, friends and family on the map. But being a nationally known football player gives them a chance to do something much greater than scoring the game-winning touchdown: give back. Nick Lowery, former NFL player, plans to do just that with a night of food, live entertainment, and special sports and entertainment legends guests to benefit the Nick Lowery Youth Foundation on June 23.

Taking place at Parc Central Restaurant and Lounge in Scottsdale, this fundraising event, “Imagine 100 Faces VIP Night” is the conclusion to NLYF’s first-ever “Imagine Week,” a week of programs and events for disadvantaged Native American and minority youth to utilize more resources and opportunities. With Foundation programs such as the Nation Building for Native Youth Leadership Training Institute, “Imagine Week” has been put together to empower the youth “to help them help themselves.”

Founded back in 1996 by Lowery, a Valley resident, NLYF primary purpose is to provide assistance to the youth, especially Native Americans, “by developing, promoting and sponsoring programs and relationships that foster self-esteem, leadership qualities and skills, and encourage youth to be positive assets to their communities.” The foundation sponsors many programs to help the youth reach their leadership potential while featuring important cultural components.

All proceeds from “Imagine 100 Faces VIP Night” will directly go toward the Nick Lowery Youth Foundation and its programs. Tickets start at $100 for food and drink, live and silent auctions, live entertainment, an autograph session and more.
