Meet Dino Santa and his trusty companion, Rudolph the Raptor, this Friday at Jurassic Winter Wonderland. This holiday dinosaur-themed event will take place at Pangea Land of the Dinosaurs through Jan. 5. There will be lights, caroling, and many more dino discoveries from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets start at $10.

The Princess, the Unicorn and the Smelly-Foot Troll

Have a laugh with your little ones this Friday at the Great Arizona Puppet Theater for The Princess, the Unicorn and the Smelly-Foot Troll performance. At 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the puppets will put on a hilarious show with unique characters like a unicorn and a troll. Tickets start at $8.

Million Dollar Quartet at The Hormel Theatre

The Hormel Theatre presents the Million Dollar Quartet, known for one of the most energetic musical performances of all time. You’ll love listening to classics by Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash. The show begins at 8 p.m., and tickets range in price from $60 to $200.

101 Dalmatians at Spotlight Youth Theatre

Everyone’s favorite Disney story is back and will be performed at Spotlight Youth Theatre from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 101 Dalmatians features an exciting musical tale about the dalmations and some evil villains. Ticket prices vary.

Cupcake Chase 5K

Come out to Arizona Falls Park at 7 a.m. to run for cupcakes and a good cause. The Cupcake Chase 5K benefits Labor’s Community Service Agency to break the cycle of homelessness. Stay motivated with cupcakes waiting at the finish line. Ticket prices vary from $25 to $50.

Third Annual Family Fun WinterFest

OdySea Aquarium presents its free Third Annual Family Fun WinterFest from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Play in the snow, jump in bounce houses and even meet Anna and Elsa from Frozen! There will also be shopping and food for the parents.

Skate Westgate in Glendale

All levels of skating expertise are welcome to come out and skate at Skate Westgate in Glendale. Glide on the ice with family and friends starting at 3:30 p.m. The rink is located in the Westgate Entertainment District. Ticket prices range from $13 to $16. 


Sunday

Resolution Run

Start 2020 off on a healthy foot at the Resolution Run! The 33rd-annual event circles around Papago Park for a total of 5K. Families are welcome, and check-in begins at 7 a.m. It costs $40 to participate in the run.

ZooLights at Phoenix Zoo

Just because Christmas has passed doesn’t mean that the lights have to come down. ZooLights at the Phoenix Zoo will still have their million light display showing for the public to enjoy. The lights go on at 5:30 p.m. and turn off at 10:30 p.m. Admission prices vary depending on night and age.

Legends of Speed at Phoenix Art Museum

Beep beep! Make way for the Legends of Speed exhibit at the Phoenix Art Museum. Check out some legendary cars and learn about those who drove them from noon to 5 p.m. Ticket prices start at $15.
