Halloween’s oldest and most amusing tradition only gets better with time. We reached out to Party City’s vice president of marketing, Bill Furtkevic, to figure out what 2019 has in store for our Halloween fiends. Furtkevic provided us with current costume trends for adults and children, how to put together these outfits and what to keep an eye out for!

According to Furtkevic, “Each year, popular characters from new movies and TV shows typically inform costume trends. There’s also always steady demand for ‘career’ costumes. Adding to his recommendation of currently popular characters, Furtkevic says, “We anticipate ‘Frozen 2’ to be a top seller this year. With the new film coming out in November, there’s heightened interest in anticipation of the movie’s release.”
