The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is introducing its summer 2013 packages. Along with luxury accommodations, gold-medal dining, and activities for the whole family, special summer experiences will also be offered.
May 23 through September 9, the Summer Returns and Summer Fun packages will be available. The Summer Returns package starts at $199 per night and includes overnight accommodations and a $50 hotel credit per night. The Summer Fun package starts at $219 per night and includes overnight accommodations and a $100 hotel credit per night.
The packages allow for a fun night in a luxurious resort, along with the opportunity to experience the fine dining, relaxing spa, or exciting activities offered at the resort. Use the hotel credit for dinner, drinks, golfing, a massage, or manicure.
The Ritz-Carlton is also offering two new family Geo-Caching Experiences for the summer. Both experiences offer a thrilling combination of education and excitement. One experience allows guests ages five to 12 to use a GPS unit to locate hidden treasure chests. The second experience is more advanced, for ages 12 and up. This experience allows participants to locate cache boxes in which there will be instructional messages inviting them to participate in pop culture questions, interpretation of petroglyphs, and environmental experiences.
The geo-caching experiences take advantage of the majestic Sonoran Desert surrounding the hidden resort. Children and adults alike will enjoy exploring the beauty that Southern Arizona has to offer. Prices for geo-caching experiences vary.
