Miraval resort and spa owners, Steve and Jean Case, wanted to build a spa that encompassed the “soul of Miraval.” Focusing on balance, health, love, and relaxation, the spa is an accumulation of years of hard work put in by the Miraval team. The Design
The brand new Life in Balance Spa was built with a deep respect for the surrounding Sonoran desert and Native American cultures that once inhabited it. The spa features a view of the Sonoran desert and mountains, plush chairs to relax before or after a treatment, a state-of-the-art locker room with steam room, lockers, and showers, and relaxing treatment rooms that help to create the perfect spa experience.
The Treatments
Along with the new design, Miraval’s spa now features dozens of refreshing new treatments that will rejuvenate and calm your mind and body. From body renewal rituals to hand and foot care to skin care, Miraval has it all. Check out Miraval’s Morning Menu including a Blood Orange Pedicure, Body Transformations Firming Treatment, and Vibrant Morning hydrating experience to wake up the right way. Try the Miraval Signature Facial, which features the comforting scent of chamomile, basil, and hazelnut oil, for just what your skin needs. The Features
Using unique Clarins products, Miraval’s fresh-scented lotions and skincare products are all top-of-the-line. The real beauty of the spa, however, lies in the handful of places to relax and enjoy a day at the spa. After treatments, guests are invited to make use of the pool area, soaking up some UV rays with the backdrop of the Sonoran desert placed ever so perfectly behind them. The pool area also features Oasis, a small outdoor restaurant that features salads, sandwiches, cocktails and smoothies for a spa lunch. The spa also features an indoor patio, surrounded by glass windows in order to stay true to the wonderful views featured at Miraval. Guests can read a book or just lay down in the number of plush chairs that are lined along the window. With a great view, wonderful service, and world-class treatments, what else could you need?
