April 7 and 8, the Ritz-Carlton will be featuring four special dining experiences, along with an array of Easter related activities for the whole family.
A Saturday evening Easter buffet will be provided for dinner. Sunday morning, guests can enjoy the new Market Brunch at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar. Saturday and Sunday evenings, CORE will feature a multi-course Easter dinner with included dessert. Guests can take advantage of all the dining experiences, while relaxing for the ultimate Easter weekend. Parents can enjoy the Friday Wine Experience and the Saturday Tequila Experience at CORE. Both of these experiences are for adults only, at 5 p.m., and are $15 per person.
Easter bunny sightings, a weekend-long Easter egg hunt, a Night Sky Telescope Experience, and a family nature hike are all among the indoor and outdoor weekend activities. Guests can also enjoy their day at the pool, or sliding down the resort’s very own cosmic water slide. For more outdoor activity, guests can play a game of mini golf, take a yoga class, undergo an arrowhead-making demonstration, feed the desert tortoises, and more.
Guests can also reserve in advance a place at the popular Splash Dining. Guests can experience a special dinner menu in a romantic setting under the stars. Guests, tables, servers, and chairs are partially immersed in the beautiful, heated Turquesa Pool. The Splash Dining experience includes a four-course menu, a champagne toast, and is $350 per couple.
