My favorite drink to make is\u2026<\/strong> I wouldn\u2019t say I have a favorite, but I love making something that puts someone out of their comfort zone. For example, someone who says they don\u2019t like gin or scotch and then making them something custom that changes their mind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d most like to mix a drink for\u2026<\/strong>Winston Churchill! From all accounts the man could handle his liquor, and I can only imagine the stories and insights he could offer as such a pivotal leader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have one superpower while working, it\u2019d be\u2026<\/strong>The ability to read minds! I\u2019d know what they want to drink before they could articulate it, know if they\u2019re enjoying everything or if there\u2019s something not to their liking, I could fix it before it became a problem. It would make my level of service that much better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I were a flavor, I\u2019d be\u2026<\/strong>a late July, early August southern Italian peach. The kind that are so messy and sweet you\u2019ve got to eat it over the kitchen sink. Either that, or a sour patch kid.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My biggest bartending fail\u2026<\/strong>I was shaking an espresso martini and my tins came apart and sprayed the entire thing all over a guest, who, needless to say was not a happy camper. I was so embarrassed and felt so bad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My top drink and food recommendation to guests is\u2026<\/strong>For food I always recommend our tuna poke bowl. Also, we have a specialty cocktail Sage Against the Machine that features fresh muddled sage, reposado tequila and green chartreuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not working, I enjoy sipping on\u2026<\/strong> a Botanist and soda or a Balvenie 21 year, on a big rock with a twist.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite place in town for drinks is…<\/strong> Honestly, this is not a shameless plug, I love hanging out at the W Living Room bar. It\u2019s great for date night, girls night, and always has a great rotation of local bands.
