The average cost for a couple to enjoy dinner and a show in the Big Apple on NYE costs a whopping\u00a0<strong>$1,160+<\/strong>. If you opt for the traditional Times Square revelry\u2014which boasts more than\u00a0<strong>1 billion<\/strong>\u00a0worldwide TV viewers\u2014a ticket to the bash will cost you\u00a0<strong>$199<\/strong>\u00a0and you\u2019ll be joining\u00a0<strong>1 million<\/strong>\u00a0other party-goers. You\u2019ll be showered with\u00a0<strong>1.5 tons<\/strong>\u00a0of confetti which contributes to more than\u00a0<strong>56 tons<\/strong>\u00a0of trash left in Times Square that takes workers\u00a0<strong>12 to 16 hours<\/strong>\u00a0to cleanup.
