The soon-to-open Cambria Hotel Downtown Phoenix<\/strong><\/a> has just debuted a new rooftop bar, From The Rooftop (FTR)<\/strong>. Located at Portland and 3rd St. in Roosevelt Row, FTR spans the entire roof of the hotel and features a bar and venue hosting rotating community-focused events and themed parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with 360-degree views of the desert’s iconic sunsets and landscape, FTR also offers guests curated cocktails, an upscale food menu, lounge areas, a small airstream photobooth trailer and live entertainment nightly. A dipping pool will provide a way to cool off and soon, the rooftop will offer things like yoga, movie nights and unique happy hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur goal was to create a place that complements the neighborhood. Drink selections will include wine, local craft beers, high-end liquors and custom cocktails. Signature drinks range from a Smoked Manhattan to a Kombucha Mojito and more. There will also be a series of frozen craft cocktails, smoked and color shifting drinks and new concoctions offered weekly. To curb hunger, FTR’s food menu will feature shareable portions of elevated selections like coffee-rubbed lamb lolli-chops, smoked eggplant carnitas cauliflower karaage, local charcuterie boards and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FTR will complement Poppy, the recently introduced full-service restaurant and bar at the hotel that’s led by Chicago transplant and award-winning executive chef Nate Cayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
