Some of my coolest concepts were happy accidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My top drink and food recommendation to guests:<\/strong> Anything with protein, I\u2019m a huge carnivore and I love a mean steak. I also love serving mezcal since it has such a rich culture and I love talking about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When I\u2019m not working, I enjoy sipping on<\/strong>
