Find me mixing drinks at\u00a0<\/strong>Kelly’s at SouthBridge<\/a>\u00a0in Old Town Scottsdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Favorite drink to make:<\/strong>\u00a0I enjoy making all drinks — especially with tequila. My focus is to make a drink the patron will\u00a0actually\u00a0<\/em>enjoy, whether it’s something they know they like, or by broadening\u00a0their horizons to something new!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019d most like to mix a drink for<\/strong> Santa Clause and his reindeer.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have one superpower while working, it\u2019d be<\/strong>\u00a0the ability to dictate people’s tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I were a flavor, I\u2019d be<\/strong> ghost pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My biggest bartending fail:<\/strong> There are plenty, but that’s\u00a0part of the learning experience. I would probably say shattering a bottle of Jagermeister on the bar, and subsequently dousing two businessmen about to put on a presentation. Whoops!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My top drink and food recommendation to guests: <\/strong>I always ask a few questions to get a feel for what\u00a0they like. I don’t like pushing things which people are not going to enjoy.\u00a0At the end of the day, I want them to be satisfied and leave with a great taste in their mouth — literally.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not working, I enjoy sipping on…<\/strong> it’s a toss-up between red wine and tequila, I have a strong passion for both of them. I would say it depends on what I’m doing and where I’m drinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite place in town for drinks is<\/strong> obviously, Kelly’s at Southbridge! If not at the home base I like to explore new places and see how other professionals practice their craft.
