Miguel<\/span><\/h2>\n

Adorn your summer with the smooth sounds of Miguel whose lovey-dovey ballads win us over every time. The singer, songwriter and producer originally started out behind the scenes; he co-wrote Jaheim\u2019s \u201cFinding My Way Back,\u201d along with two songs on 2010\u2019s Usher\u2019s <\/span>Raymond v. Raymond<\/span><\/i> and many others. He then released his own hit, \u201cAll I Want Is You,\u201d followed by more hits like \u201cSure Thing,\u201d \u201cQuickie\u201d and \u201cHow Many Drinks?\u201d His most recent album, <\/span>War & Leisure<\/span><\/i>, was released December 2017. Jeremih<\/span><\/h2>\n

Any artist with titles of work like <\/span>Late Nights: The Album<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>The Chocolate Box EP<\/span><\/i> is no doubt going to produce some smooth tracks. Mixing pop and R&B, Chicago-born Jeremih didn\u2019t hit the scene until March 2009 when his first single \u201cBirthday Sex\u201d rose to the top of Billboards Hot R&B\/Hip Hop chart. Since then he\u2019s released five full-length albums and appeared on countless tracks with other artists like Chance the Rapper, Big Sean, Wale, The Game and more. Sam Smith<\/span><\/h2>\n

If Miguel and Jeremih put you in some sort of mood then Sam Smith will surely bring out the tears. Inspired by some of his favorite artists like Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder and Chaka Khan, singer-songwriter Smith burst onto the U.S. scene in 2012 with his single \u201cLatch,\u201d which went three times platinum. His debut full-length album, <\/span>In The Lonely Hour,<\/span><\/i> was one of the best-selling albums in the U.S. and the U.K. His most recent album, <\/span>The Thrill of It All<\/span><\/i> was released November 2017. Lauryn Hill<\/span><\/h2>\n

You may have heard more of Lauryn Hill recently than you were expecting. She\u2019s recently been sampled in hits like \u201cNice For What\u201d by Drake and Cardi B\u2019s \u201cBe Careful.\u201d But before Hill was a solo icon, she was a member of the Grammy-winning group Fugees. But in 1998, she released her solo debut, <\/span>The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill<\/span><\/i> with hits like \u201cEx-Factor\u201d and \u201cDoo Wop (That Thing)\u201d and was credited with helping bring hip-hop into the mainstream. The album earned her 11 Grammy nominations, the most ever for a woman. She ended up winning five of those, including Album of the Year. See her live at Comerica Theatre on Sep. 22.
