If you can’t make it to New Orleans for Mardi Gras this year, then head to Downtown Phoenix where Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix is throwing a Fat Tuesday-inspired bash at LUSTRE Rooftop Bar<\/a>. The party is taking place on Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 5 to 11 p.m. and will feature Fat Tuesday-inspired cocktails like House Barrel-Aged Sazerac, Hurricanes and Southern Slushies. Complimentary red beans and rice will also be offered from 5 to 7 p.m. while\u00a0live music and\u00a0plenty of beads will top off the evening. The party is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n

Can’t wait until Fat Tuesday to enjoy the festivities? Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails<\/a> is celebrating early by offering Mardi Gras-inspired cocktails and foods from Friday, Feb. 24 to Tuesday, Feb. 28. Indulge in tasty eats like gumbo, red beans and rice, oyster po’boy and a Louisiana Crawfish boil. Wash it all down with Southern-inspired drinks like\u00a0House Barrel-Aged Sazerac, Hurricanes and Southern Slushies.<\/p>\n
