A new face behind the bar often means some new sipping creations. At Downtown Phoenix\u2019s Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails<\/a>, that\u2019s just the case. Noah Momyer is the new head bartender at the popular downtown spot and is mixing up some new, tasty drinks. With a career behind the bar that spans more than a decade, Noah\u00a0has a way with spirits. He\u2019s spent time at notable Seattle spots like Vessel, Monsoon and Mistral Kitchen and most recently worked at Scottsdale\u2019s Second Story Liquor Bar. Since he\u2019s been at Blue Hound, Noah\u00a0has been focusing on giving the popular cocktail menu a little extra flare. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t take a lot of ingredients to make a killer drink, just proper measurements and technique,\u201d says Noah.<\/p>\n

By Land and Sea:<\/strong> Aviation gin, ancho reyes, basil syrup, lime<\/p>\n

Sombrero:<\/strong> Del Maguey Vida, lime, orange, agave, egg white, chocolate bitters<\/p>\n

On Top of Mont Blanc:<\/strong> Fords gin, walnut liqueur, blackberry, lemon bitters<\/p>\n

The Man in Black:<\/strong> Bulleit bourbon, china-china, lustau sherry, black walnut bitters<\/p>\n

Dear Rosemary:<\/strong> Maker\u2019s Mark bourbon, zirbenz, pine lliqueur, blackberry liqueur, lemon bitters<\/p>\n

Stay a little later; Blue Hound is now\u00a0offering Reverse Happy Hour, Sunday through Thursday, from 10 p.m. to close.\u00a0Blue Hound\u2019s current cocktail menu is available now through October.<\/p>\n
