We gathered together some of your questions for Jaytech across our social media platforms and put him in the hot seat to quiz him on his history with the labels, his favourite pieces of studio kit and how he came to work with Dirty Vegas\u2019 Steve Smith. The follow-up to 2008\u2019s progressive classic, and the first album to be released on Anjunadeep \u201cEverything Is OK\u201d (\u201ca crossover gem ****\u201d DJ Mag), \u201cMultiverse\u201d takes his sound into the main room; retaining all the melodic flair and refined production that his prolific career has been built on.<\/p>\n<p>Both classy and club focused, \u201cMultiverse\u201d represented a natural juncture for Jaytech to elevate from Anjunadeep to the more main-room energies of Anjunabeats; a label responsible for hits like Above & Beyond\u2019s \u201cSun & Moon\u201d, Arty\u2019s \u201cAround The World\u201d and Mat Zo\u2019s \u201cBipolar\u201d. \u2028\u2028Introducing tracks like the bleepy groove bomb \u201cEpsilon\u201d and the classy peak-time vocal anthem \u201cStranger\u201d (featuring regular Dirty Vegas collaborator Steve Smith), \u201cMultiverse\u201d sees Jaytech explore with higher tempos than before; never losing the attention to detail and musicality he is loved for.<\/p>\n<p>Moments like the sun-soaked opener \u201cEverglade\u201d and the dramatic, piano breakdown of the album\u2019s title track \u201cMultiverse\u201d offer impeccable updates of Jaytech\u2019s classic sound, while an updated rework of last year\u2019s piano house anthem \u201cNew Vibe\u201d brings a new groove to the tune.
