The World\u2019s Greatest Collector Car auction returns to Scottsdale this weekend, running from January 12-19 in the all-new auction facility<\/a> at WestWorld of Scottsdale. If you\u2019re not sure where to start or what to see, we have your guide to all of the action right here.<\/p>\n

Family Fun
\n<\/b>The weekend kicks off at The Pavilions on Saturday, January 11 from 3 to 6 p.m., with Barrett-Jackson Night at The Pavilions. The weekly car show will play host to some of the vehicles that you might see cross the auction block during the week. It\u2019s free to attend and great for an afternoon of family fun. But the main event starts on Sunday, with Family Value Day, benefitting Cox Charities. On this day only, kids ages 6 to 12 are admitted for free, and adults pay $15 at the gate. Radio Disney will be on site with games, entertainment and a picture booth. .<\/p>\n

Charitable Endeavors
\n<\/b>Throughout auction week, a number of vehicles and experiences will go up for bid to benefit charities including Phoenix Children\u2019s Hospital, TGEN Foundation, SEMA Cares, Childhelp and Victory Junction, Cox Charities, The NASCAR Foundation, Achilles Freedom Team of Wounded Veterans, Ikan, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Cornerstone Schools.<\/p>\n

This year, Barrett-Jackson has partnered with Bugatti and Make-A-Wish to auction an unbelievable experience, normally reserved only for Bugatti owners. The winning bidder will test drive the 1200 HP Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse on the world-renowned Formula 1 test track Paul Ricard Circuit in Le Castellet, France. The four-day experience will include a tour of the original site in France where Ettore Bugatti established his automotive brand in 1909. It features a look behind the scenes where the Vitesse is hand crafted in Bugatti\u2019s state of the art Atelier. The package includes airfare and hotel for the winning bidder and a guest.<\/p>\n

Brushes with Fame
\n<\/b>You\u2019ll see a famous face or two on the auction floor, and lucky bidders will also have the chance to own cars once driven by the stars. Maybe you want to get behind the wheel of the 1949 Hudson Commodore 8 that drove Miss Daisy, or the 1986 Ferrari Testarossa Straman Convertible driven by Michael Jackson in a Pepsi commercial. Gene Simmons\u2019 1956 Ford F-100 Custom Shelby truck will cross the block, as will Simon Cowell\u2019s 2008 Bugatti Veyron.<\/p>\n

At the Opening Night Gala, Billy Baldwin will auction off a 2015 Super Bowl package to benefit the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Deusenberg, Alfa Romeo, Rolls-Royce, Shelby and Ferrari are some of the names you\u2019ll hear over the loudspeaker, alongside vehicles from the infamous Snake and Mongoose drag-race rivalry of the 1960s and \u201970s .<\/p>\n
