The new\u00a0Hennessey HPE800 Twin Turbo is based on the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. \u00a0The STR8 normally\u00a0packs a 6.4-liter Hemi V8 \u2013 numbers which are impressive without any upgrading \u2013 but Hennessey has topped it out to 7.0 liters and bolted a pair of turbochargers to it. \u00a0The vehicle\u00a0also gets an upgraded transmission and torque converted, plus 20-inch wheels on a lowered suspension with 15.1-inch Brembo brakes, and a reworked fascia with a carbon fiber splitter up front.<\/p>\n
