In the mid- nineties Lindberg shot one of my favorite Pirelli calendars of all time.  The calendars are the most exclusive \u201cgirly\u201d calendars in the world created in limited numbers for Pirelli clientele\u2026 and dating back to the 60\u2019s the calendar has been shot by some of the world\u2019s most famous fashion photographers.  Between Avedon, Lindberg, Elgort and Ritts the nineties was an amazing time to be inspired in the photography world.  <\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m not sure if it was that little bit of backdrop stand that always showed in the corner of a Lindberg image or the smudgy, smokey eye before the term \u201csmokey\u201d eye was even a thing. Make sure that the product is set with powder to remove any sheen or oil on the lid which will help the shadow to go on more smoothly and last longer.<\/p>\n<p>Step Two: Fully line eyes top and bottom tightly along the lash lines with a black pencil like Revlon Luxurious Color Smokey Crayon in Black Smoke smudge with a small brush.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil.jpg\"><img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"  src=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil-80x80.jpg\"  alt=\"\"  title=\"revlonpencil\"  width=\"260\"  height=\"260\"  class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-9455 pk-lqip pk-lazyload\"  data-pk-sizes=\"auto\"  data-ls-sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\"  data-pk-src=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil.jpg\"  data-pk-srcset=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil.jpg 260w, https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil-80x80.jpg 80w, https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/afm-style-files\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/22063134\/revlonpencil-110x110.jpg 110w\" ><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Step Three: Apply black, charcoal or chocolate brown shadow like Bobbi Brown shadow in Charcoal or Lancome Color Design Eye Shadow in Couture from the lash line to the crease and blend to soften any harsh lines. And keep lips subtle with a nude or sheer pink gloss instead of a heavy lip color to balance out the drama of the eyes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Early in my career as a makeup
