If you stopped by yesterday as mentioned there were just so many gorgeous gown at the 2010 Metropolitan Museum\u2019s Costume Institute Gala, otherwise known as the New York Oscars. Seriously any event that is sponsored by Vogue is going to rival the hottest of hot red carpet moments. Of course we covered some of my top picks yesterday like SJP in Halston Heritage, Jennnifer Lopez in Zahair Murad, Diane Kruger in Calvin Klein and Gwen Stafani in her own L.A.M.B. design. But the glamour didn\u2019t stop there as plenty of A, B and C-listers showed off their fanciful frocks in droves.<\/p>\n

I just loved some of the backless numbers like the body hugging Calvin Klein that Zoe Saldana wore, or the floaty floral number on Kate Bosworth,,, and luckily Margaretta Missoni had no wardrobe malfunctions to speak of in her namesake dress.<\/p>\n

Of course we have to mention the big O\u2026Oprah that is, who was the co-host belle of the ball wearing not only Oscar de la Renta on her back but having him escort her on her arm. The dress I must say was divine and Ms. Winfrey never looked better!<\/p>\n

Kery Washington\u2019s red dress created by Thakoon and Gap (the evenings sponsor) was absolutely delicious and she looked as fresh and sexy as ever. And there were others like Jessica Alba\u2019s beautiful champagne\/rose satin number that was also a Gap creation.<\/p>\n

And let\u2019s just talk about Sienna, was anyone else scratching their noggins and saying to themselves\u2026.those two are back together? Yes it\u2019s true the on-again-off- again duo Sienna Miller and Jude Law are at it again. And though I was rooting for them the first, second and third time, perhaps this times a charm. Sienna looked fab as always in her Pucci dress and I do hope they can work it out and avoid being the young hot British version of Pam and Tommy.<\/p>\n

Lastly statuesque Taylor Swift wore a stunning Ralph Lauren gown to perfection. The hair red lips and jewels all blended exquisitely and I say whoever her stylist is deserves a raise\u2026she has gotten it right so many times and I love the fact that everything she wears is age appropriate but still completely alluring.
