Don’t you just adore Thanksgiving? It is truly one of the my favorite holidays of the year. Nothing is better than the smell of a roasting turkey wafting through the house, and let’s not forget the all important stuffing and cranberries that will come together tomorrow to make the world’s most perfect sandwich. Then comes the pumpkin pie…or in our house this year a homemade pumpkin cheesecake. I could smell these yummy scents all year long and never tire of them. Which is why I forever love, love, love Philosophy and all the beyond delectable flavors of their multi-purpose shampoo\/shower gel\/bubble bath. I can never get enough of the pumpkin spice muffin flavor that off the charts blend of pumpkin spices and rich bubbling lather are enough to start my day off in the most happy of moods. This year it’s packaged in the “Trick or Treat” set with the almost too good to be true caramel apple flavor.<\/p>\n

No one has been better at cooking up flavors and formulas we crave than Philosophy founder Christina Carlino but now that she is no longer at the helm the company has done a pretty good job of carrying on her traditions of bakery fresh flavors. One particularly lean year I recall receiving a huge box filled with several of the chocolate and spice flavors, I was so excited at the prospect of trying each flavor that I actually hid bottles in my linen cabinet when company came over and left them with some random brand of hydrating yet ho-hum scented body wash to partake in. Greedy, I know but what is a girl to do when she fears her last bottle…make that three bottles… okay it was six bottles of the most delicious scents ever were in jeopardy? <\/p>\n

This year these flavors are my particular favorites and definitely worth a look see for any sugar-holic or foodie on your list. <\/p>\n

Peppermint Hot Cocoa A minty spin on the holiday favorite that smells just like the real deal without the extra calories.

Old fashioned Eggnog is so rich and sweetly comforting it’s a great way to ring in some holiday cheer without worrying about the morning after hangover.

The Holiday Spice and Everything Nice set has the same spicy scent of mulled cider that makes you want to curl up in your snuggie next to the fire just a little bit longer. The set includes the shower gel and a very kissable lip gloss.
