The Valley\u2019s open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination is welcoming Carhartt and KUIU, which have selected Tempe for their first Phoenix-area and Arizona retail locations, respectively. The new lineup also includes Coach, Tommy Hilfiger and Glo Tanning, adding more than 25,000 square feet of fashion, outdoor and wellness retail to the center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carhartt<\/a> is now open. The 6,000-square-foot location features jackets, pants, shirts and accessories designed for demanding work and outdoor conditions, appealing to everyone from hardworking professionals to outdoor enthusiasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Known for premium, highly technical outdoor and hunting apparel and gear, KUIU <\/a>has built a reputation for ultralight products engineered for extreme conditions and backcountry adventures. The 6,000-square-foot store will give shoppers an opportunity to experience the brand\u2019s gear in person while receiving expert product knowledge and an immersive retail experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coach<\/a> is slated to open in late 2026 with a 4,500-square-foot store located between lululemon and J.Crew. The American luxury fashion brand, founded in 1941, is known for its craftsmanship, leather goods, handbags, footwear, ready-to-wear and accessories. The store will feature a selection of signature collections alongside seasonal pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also opening late 2026, Tommy Hilfiger<\/a> will bring its take on classic American style to a nearly 6,000-square-foot space between lululemon and J.Crew. Shoppers can expect the brand\u2019s signature red, white and blue aesthetic across men\u2019s and women\u2019s apparel, accessories and seasonal collections, blending its preppy heritage with contemporary influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rounding out the new additions is Glo Tanning<\/a>, a sun spa expected to open in late 2026. The 3,000-square-foot space will offer UV tanning, custom spray tans, red light therapy, wellness services and skincare in an upscale setting, adding another dimension to Tempe Marketplace\u2019s growing wellness offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
