The development will transform the site into a 165,500-square-foot shopping center aimed at meeting the rising demand in the Southeast Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is anchored by a new WinCo Foods, set to open in 2025. It joins a strong lineup of existing tenants, including The Home Depot, Panda Express, and Freddy\u2019s Frozen Custard &amp; Steakburgers. Leases have already been signed with national brands such as <strong>Ulta Beauty<\/strong>, <strong>Marshalls<\/strong>, <strong>HomeGoods<\/strong>, PetSmart, and Five Below.
