RED Development<\/a><\/strong> has announced a significant wave of new tenants and expansions at Biltmore Fashion Park<\/a><\/strong>, signaling a dynamic new phase of growth for the iconic Phoenix destination. The latest additions include the Arizona debut of design icon Herman Miller<\/a><\/strong>, the arrival of high-performance lifestyle brand Alo Yoga<\/a><\/strong>, the opening of the beloved La La Land Kind Caf\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>, and a major expansion for lululemon<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Herman Miller will bring its celebrated legacy of ergonomic innovation to the Valley with a 2,060-square-foot showroom adjacent to Ralph Lauren. The store is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will give customers a chance to experience the brand\u2019s signature furniture\u2014such as the renowned Aeron Chair\u2014through an immersive, design-forward retail environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alo Yoga will also make its Phoenix debut, opening later this year in a 4,349-square-foot storefront previously occupied by My Sister\u2019s Closet. The Los Angeles-based brand is known for fusing functional studio wear with contemporary street style and will feature a complete range of clothing, accessories, and clean beauty products in its new location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alo Yoga<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

La La Land Kind Caf\u00e9, a Texas-based coffee shop that blends vibrant design with a heartfelt mission, is set to open near True Food Kitchen. The 1,261-square-foot caf\u00e9 will mark the brand\u2019s first Phoenix location and will continue its mission of supporting foster youth through employment and mentorship, all while serving a menu of uplifting drinks and treats in an atmosphere that\u2019s both cheerful and community-driven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

lululemon is also preparing for a significant transformation, more than doubling its footprint within the property. The brand will expand from 2,738 to 5,666 square feet, moving into a new space between Williams Sonoma and Madison Reed. To maintain uninterrupted service for shoppers during the construction process, lululemon has temporarily relocated onsite. The expanded location is expected to debut in fall 2025 and will continue the brand\u2019s tradition of community-centered activations and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enhancements currently underway include upgraded landscaping, lighting, and placemaking elements, all slated for completion by 2026. The vision is to transform the landmark at 24th Street and Camelback into a vibrant community hub that seamlessly blends history and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
