Diversified Partners, a Scottsdale-based real estate brokerage and development firm, has officially announced its latest project, the Shops at the Cardinal, is a go! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Shops at the Cardinal is a nine-acre retail and restaurant development located in Glendale\u2019s sports and entertainment district, steps from State Farm Stadium, the VAI Resort, Desert Diamond Arena, and Tanger Outlets. With a total estimated value exceeding $20 million, the project is designed to serve residents and the millions of visitors who pass through the area each year. The development will offer a variety of retail and dining options, including multiple drive-thrus and outdoor seating areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s always exciting to gather for a groundbreaking because it means something meaningful is coming to life in our city. Glendale\u2019s sports and entertainment district is one of the most visited areas in Arizona, and Shops at the Cardinal is bringing high-quality, recognizable brands and convenient, family-friendly services to a growing part of our city,\u201d Mayor Jerry P. Weiers said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The development is already nearing full lease-up, with only 1,200 square feet of space still available. Confirmed tenants include Swig, Se\u00f1or Taco, Nautical Bowls, McDonald\u2019s, Starbucks, Bonchon, Pacific Dental Services, La Botana, Jeremiah\u2019s Italian Ice, a new Mexican sushi concept, and a nail salon and spa. Build-outs are expected to begin later this year, with grand openings anticipated in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
