Unless it’s fake fashion jewelry (which I often just call ghetto gold) when it comes to my taste in fine jewelry, I like to keep it simple and classic yet amazing. So again and again it’s easy to come back to Tiffany & Co. for some timeless, classic and absolutely amazing pieces. This spring, the infamous jeweler has unveiled a new collection that I’m totally coveting, the Tiffany Keys Collection.<\/p>\n
The Tiffany Keys Collection boasts an array of exquisite designs all crafted in 18-karat white or yellow gold, platinum with diamonds or sterling silver too. The designs include medallion-shaped keys; romantic heart-shaped keys; flower-topped keys and luxury keys that are set with sparkling Tiffany diamonds.<\/p>\n
Even more interesting, the keys themselves are inspired and crafted to resemble the keys from the Tiffany & Co. Archives. The handcrafted vintage keys unlocked jewelry and keepsake boxes, albums, diaries, steamer trunks, private clubs and even country manors. Some of the Tiffany & Co. archival keys were given as gifts to heads of states and incorporated into coats of arms. The keys were encrusted with gems and others were designed as brooches or charms too.<\/p>\n
The legacy of these Tiffany & Co. Archival keys is relived with the Tiffany Keys Collection. The iconic pendants and charms are strung on fine, ball or oval-linked chains and can be worn either alone or layered. Personally, I love the layered look and that the Tiffany Keys Collection has such an interesting story and history behind it.<\/p>\n

The vintage keys are just lovely and an exciting addition to the Tiffany\u00a0 & Co. collection of fine jewelry. I’m not even sure I can pick a favorite from the images above. But I do know I would like a few to wear layered, or one really amazing key that’s platinum with diamonds to stand out on its own.<\/p>\n
