The first images from Sarah Jessica Parker\u2019s new shoe line have been released, and they are so\u00a0Sex and the City<\/em>.<\/p>\n

After donning countless pairs of gorgeous Manolos, Jimmy Choos and Christian Louboutins on Sex and the City<\/em>, it’s no wonder that Parker credits Carrie Bradshaw as her shoe style inspiration for her new line, SJP.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m privileged that I played her,\u201d Parker told Glamour<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI was exposed to so many beautiful shoes and to how they\u2019re made. That role really cemented my love.\u201d<\/p>\n

Just so, a pair of neutral pointed toe t-strap pumps is aptly named \u201cThe Carrie.\u201d<\/p>\n

From strappy sandals to charming ballet flats, the collection that is exclusive to Nordstrom is stylish enough to be paired with any outfit, yet doesn\u2019t forgo function. Each shoe features a thin ribbon running up the heel, reminiscent of those her mom tied in Parker\u2019s hair when she was little.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Glamour<\/em> released five exclusive preview images from the collection:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Etta\u201d ($425) – “This one is for short ladies like me! I made the T-strap lower to lengthen the leg,\u201d Parker said.<\/p>\n

The Carrie<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cThe Carrie\u201d ($355) \u00a0– \u201cCarrie is obviously one of my favorite people, and this is an ode to her. It\u2019s a strong shoe that can be worn for day and night,” Parker said.<\/p>\n

The Billie<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cThe Billie\u201d ($195) – “I imagine every woman in these. They’re comfy and chic, especially with the low-cut front,” Parker said.<\/p>\n

The Alison<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cThe Alison\u201d ($485) – “This is for the girl who doesn’t want to wear a traditional ladylike heel but wants a bit of height,” Parker said.<\/p>\n
