Today we resume our London Fashion Week coverage with reviews of some more fantastic collections. As I sit to write this, this morning, it feels as though a little bit of London has come to visit us with overcast skies and cooler weather. This has surely been one of the oddest winters I\u2019ve ever experienced in Arizona\u2014sandals one day and a pea coat the next\u2014but at least it makes it easier to imagine wearing these Fall collections. <\/p>\n

Yesterday, I mentioned Burberry Prorsum\u2019s metallic blob coat, perhaps a shocking description, but certainly a true description. This oddly bejeweled look is part of a collection in which Christopher Bailey takes a risk incorporating an offbeat and edgy look to the classic Burberry aesthetic. <\/p>\n

In my personal opinion\u2026 Bravo Bailey! I may be a huge fan of the classic camel trench, but I am now also a huge fan sheer latex coats and skirts (in the right context of course and with the right bloomers). <\/p>\n

Metallic blobs were not the only things spotted on the iconic trenches: little black hearts, leather tassels, and a variety of animal prints also made their debut. <\/p>\n

Though the clothing received all of the limelight it deserved, it was awfully hard to ignore the amazing handbags\u2026bags I know will surely be sold out come fall. Stripes have been on trend for some time know, but Bailey gives them a fresh look with zebra stripes that appear painted onto the leather, and my bet is that these hearts become the new polka dot (and I must have this slouchy heart clutch)<\/p>\n

And to think, I have been raving about this collection for the last four paragraphs that there could be anything more to say, but there is! The dresses with the metal hardware were among my favorite looks. Karlie Kloss sported a black nearly strapless dress save the neck wrap with the metal heart attached and Cara Delevingne sported a similar look\u2014a fun twist on the LBD.<\/p>\n

Temperley London is always one of my favorite collections. The looks always maintain a touch of femininity\u2014from a place in the past, lost to the present. This Fall, Alice Temperely gives us the 60s: A-line skirts, swinging coats, leather gloves, and darling shift dresses. Her ode to Hitchcock is certainly not lost on the crowd. <\/p>\n
