Now that the holidays are behind us and a new year is (finally!) here, I’m definitely in a resort wear state of mind. I’ll cull together some of my favorite trends and runway looks next week but today, it’s all about shopping. Here, a few\u00a0 of my resort wear must-have items that should definitely be in your wardrobe this season. So go ahead, book that cruise or tropical vacation and relax into 2009.<\/p>\n

Fun flats. <\/strong>I wear heels pretty much 24\/7, but unless you’re in wedges or a playboy bunny, heels+sand=totally ridiculous. A fun frock. <\/strong>Whether it’s an intimate dinner or an evening soiree, you’ll need the perfect party dress.
